The future of my MMORPGs and me

Some time ago I had focused more on Elder Scrolls Online since I still have a lot to do, such as the various chapters and other extras. But then I start thinking, not during when I’m playing, but when I’m out of the game how much a single MMORPG can be time consuming in order for the player to be able to fully explore the game itself.

I’m not saying it’s a bad thing, because each player is free to manage their free time as they see fit and how they want.

However, when more than one MMORPG to be played comes into the equation, at least in my case, in the past, I had to make some adjustments in my free time, since I also play a single player and simulators simultaneously.

I confess that in the past I played 3 MMORPG + single player + simulator simultaneously and “nothing good” happened in the MMORPGs. From the 1h30m that I had for these games during the week, I couldn’t enjoy it at all to the point that I was often in the middle of a quest for a few days. That’s why I had to shorten it to just one in my case.

Of the various MMORPGs, I have (paid), none of them are fully exploited. The titles I have in my possession goes to Guild Wars, Guild Wars 2, Elder Scroll Online, Black Desert Online, and Fallout 76. Each of them has its good and bad characteristics.

Recently I’ve seen some streams of the various MMORPGs I play or used to play and I confess that I sometimes tend to play the MMORPG again, but I know this feeling is temporary and so I don’t go after that feeling.

Often the way I get an MMORPG depends on my mood, where since February for example I’m taking a break from Guild Wars 2, which is one of all MMORPGs where I have more hours of play and I became a little saturated with the game and I now turned to Guild Wars.

I also made a diagram “Monthly Playing” which encompasses mostly MMORPGs in order to motivate me to play each one of them so I don’t get over burned by them. But as I mentioned in the paragraph above, it depends on my mood.

Regarding free MMORPGs or MMORPGs that you have to pay a subscription, I don’t focus too much on them since I have paid MMORPGs to play.

But now you ask, “What do you like and dislike about each of them?”, “What long-term goals do you have for each of them?” and “If you caught one of the MMORPG now what would you do?”.
