About old games

At the time when I was just a kid and I discovered what a PC was and what it did, one of the first genres I had contact with was simulation games, where I fell in love with the RollerCoaster where I spent a lot of time playing.

One of the games that my parents bought and that at the time was a fortune was Tomb Raider 2, where i fell in love again.

At that time, I don’t know if you remember, there were magazines talk about games for sale where have always a CD with demos of the games to try. I don’t know how many times I played these CDs for fun.

Then came the GameBoy Color and pokemons, where I think it was here that I fell in love with the RPG Genre, which at the time a lot of people didn’t know the meaning when it was pronounced. Where I often said “it’s that kind of game like pokemons where you have to train” and then they already knew what I was talking about. 😀

Before I had my first console, I remember that at the time I didn’t play many RPG games or other genres on PC, because unfortunately I didn’t have a good PC and I didn’t know much English, since it’s not my native language, but as soon as I started taking english classes, it certainly helped a lot, along with watching english channels.

As soon as I had my first console, I completely stopped playing PC games, because my parents couldn’t always afford to buy a new PC every time a game was no longer supported, where now I see what I missed over the years.

Now in adulthood I have a good PC where now it’s the turn to leave the consoles aside. Where I now play old games in which my fear now is that they will not work because of the PC is too good.

I don’t care about graphics from the time of the dinosaurs. As long as the story is interesting, not giving much importance to bugs where some times can interfere with the main story, but as in any old game there is always that hidden console ready to be used in the last case to overcome the problem.

In my opinion I’m still in time to play old games as anyone. So far I’ve played:
